So the installation of W7 took literally 7mins tops. It took me longer to get the RAM installed.
I copy pasted my WoW folder from my old drive to the SSD, almost 40gb's of data, copied and running in what felt like less then 10mins.
In the past the game has taken forever to load off the boot screen. Then even after that I had 2-5 mins before all the models were loaded. Now as soon as the blue bar is done, the entire city of dalaran is already loaded.
Other then a little vent key issue W7 has been pretty nice as well, but more on that later.
I guess my whole point is just that upgrading to a SSD has been the single greatest impact from an upgrade to a computer since I started put them together back in '95... ugh I feel old now, I don't even think Hungrymidget was born yet then :P
